Announcing baby #2 to my mom?

I'm not sure if this is the right group for this. My husband and I are ttc #2. My mom is supposed to be here when AF does or does not show this month. I'm already armed and ready with tests lol but I was wondering if I test positive, how should I tell her? I'm not one that waits until 12 weeks. I announced at 5 with our first baby, but we had to announce over the phone because we lived so far away. The first time they ever saw me pregnant, I was 30 weeks at our baby shower and I never got to see any of them again until after the baby was born. We live a little closer now and so I will be traveling to the rest of the family for the 4th with my mom anyways. I'd like to be able to tell them all while I am home. This will also be our last baby, so I'm wanting to go all out for pretty much everything. I want to experience the celebrations we didn't have the first time. So any ideas?
