Pregnancy or PMS?

I’m 10dpo and had a negative PT this morning. My breasts are tender and swollen. Is this most likely PMS symptoms or early pregnancy symptoms? I’ll keep testing unless AF arrives which is supposed to be in 4 days.

After ovulation, Progesterone rises and is what causes so many of our TWW symptoms, like breast tenderness/soreness, cramping, fatigue, etc. A rise in Progesterone happens after the egg release whether you are pregnant or not. There’s just really no way to know..

Could still be early. Wait to see if AF shows then test again. Same thing happened with me but could be early for HCG to show
