Hey everyone. Was curious as to if anyone has ever tried HUM moody bird to help with period problems? I have been thinking about ordering it to try because I always have really bad issues that time of the month. I've researched and everything and from what I've found it sounds like it works. Has anyone used this product? Or Any of the HUM products? How do you feel about them? Is it worth it?
