3 c sections in under 3 years

So I had my first emergency c section May 2nd, 2019. I fell pregnant 4 short months after that and just had my babygirl via c section April 28th,2020. I’m having a pregnancy scare right now and I’m only 6 weeks postpartum.... I was going to get my birth control at my 6 week appointment when I told the dr I had unprotected sex and he told me I have to wait 2 weeks to go back, get pregnancy test and if negative I can get the birth control. I asked if I’m pregnant again is this safe??? Dr didn’t seem too conceded other than explained what the risks are (uterine rupture and preterm labor) idk I don’t think my body could handle another pregnancy and c section especially so soon after. I keep making all the wrong decisions. But I just don’t think this would be safe at all...):
