Breastmilk after miscarriage

Hello I lost my baby at 10 weeks and 5 days. Was suppose to be 11 weeks and 5 days but baby measured 10. I had the D&C done 2 days after I found out we lost it.  I had the D&C done on November 5th. 2 days after I had breast milk leaking out of both breasts. I had to let some milk out of them 2 times a day due to them being so engorged. Well yesterday I left them alone due to them not hurting as bad and then this morning after I woke up I ended up having to get some milk out of them and I got over 1 1/2 ounces out of both boobs together. Is this normal? I feel if I'm producing milk maybe I should find someone who can't and let them have it for their baby. Can someone help me?
