Lost pregnancy

Today I found out my fetus has no heartbeat. It had one 2weeks ago, I'm so angry that the doctor didn't tell me that it was low. I found out today after another doctor said abortion precautions.. Like what?! I was spotting and she told me take it easy and I did. The fetus hasn't grown it's still 6 weeks. I kinda knew my fetus stopped growing due to my breast not feeling as sore as they did when I found out. I was excited but I only told 1person , but my boyfriend told all of his friends. I'm happy I'm not going through it alone this is my 5th Miscarriage. My daughter is 7 this was my first successful pregnancy since I had her she was my miracle baby.

I'm devastated and have to go back next week to see if there is a heartbeat. But I already know it has ended already. Not the first time I went one week and there was a heartbeat and the next it was gone.
