Aerosol paint

Hi girls

I’m 4 +3 today and I stupidly decided o was going to spray paint a chalkboard on my kitchen wall for my kids. I wore two masks and went to start it. I sprayed for about 1 min and then stopped as I could smell the fumes. Then went back and tried again 5 mins later but stopped again after 1 min.

I don’t know why I didn’t check with google first and now I’m beating myself up. I looked it up and it said it’s a no go especially in early pregnancy as it can cause feral abnormalities. I am worried sick now 😢
