Do I go home or stay?

So I’m back to work, due to COVID we aren’t allowed any aircon on in the offices. I’m in a big up stairs office with 8 people. There’s only two windows which I am MILES away. The temperature in the office has been ridiculous!! I’ve felt sick the past couple of days due to the heat its unbearable (28-29 degrees). I’ve been drinking so much so isn’t because I’m dehydrated. Just cannot cool day.

Basically I wanna go home but feel like I’ll be judged by the other people in my office but I feel so sick.

What would you do?

We aren’t allowed any desk fans because of how the office is laid out, the fans will blow into other peoples faces. Can’t put boards up because everyone is out of stock of polycarbonate until September😫
