Abnormal period? Help

Hoping some of you ladies can help me out! I hadn’t had a normal period since around February. I would only get one little wipe of light brown blood around the day I was supposed to get my period for February, March, and April. Then in May I had nothing at all.. now, it’s June and I did get a period around the time I was supposed to but it was only for one day and lighter than normal. That was a week ago and now I’ve been bleeding on and off literally every other day. When it’s not blood its occasionally light brown still. I’m very confused because I have been on the pill birth control for a few years and ever since I started it my period has been pretty regular. Also, when my most recent period started I had felt more stomach ache, back pain and nausea than use. This has also been continuing. Just worried Bc this is not normal for me. Has anyone else experienced this? I also do not see a gynecologist yet.
