FET Day 1

So i am supposed call my clinic on Day 1 to start my FET. I know Day 1 is considered the first day of full flow. But there’s not much on my pad when I look at it but when i wipe down there with my pad or with toilet paper there is alot of blood. Im including a pic of the pad in the post.

Is this considered Day 1 or just spotting since i have to wipe with the pad or toilet paper to see this much blood?
