Do you keep leftover Gonal F?

Ok so I’m brand new to stims and I’m instructed to take 300 units of Gonal F for 6 days but each box is 450 so I only took 300 units each day. Should I have kept all of the 150 units left over?

I kept mine just in case. I am glad I did because I needed to do another round, so I did end up using it a few months later for my second round. I still had to buy more Gonal F but didn't have to buy as many.

Yes. So each pen is actually overfilled. It will tell you the approximate iu on the pen (cant remember what mine was). But you dont need to do the math if you have the rediject pen:
All you do is dial to your dose and inject. If it goes to 0 then you got your full dose. Put the pen back in the fridge. If it goes to another number that pen is tapped out so you need to open a new pen and dial to the number that displayed on that pen. 
Example: your dose is 300. Day one you inject 300, your pen goes to 0. No additional action is needed as you got your full dose. Day two you dial to 300 and inject but the number on the dial goes to 150. That pen is now empty so you need to open a new pen, dial to 150, and inject. As long as that pen goes to 0 you got your full dose.

Sometimes your clinic can you your dose of Gonal F or add another day of Stims depending on how it’s all going (this is why there are so many scans involved in the stims process so they can constantly monitor the progress of the follicles) so I definitely wouldn’t get rid of any until I knew you were absolutely finished with them!
