13 dpo.. Very confused.

OK.. So I'm confused. I got a vfl 9 and 10 dpo.. Subsequent tests have been negative and I have been spotting for three days. It is very very light pink, infrequent, with no cramps which is unusual for me and I am peeing more, my nipples have started to get sore and I am more tired than usual. Has this happened to any one else? Could those tests have been false positives? Any ideas at all as I'm super confused. I know there is no definitive answer, just would like to know others thoughts ☺.
