Zoloft and weed

I’m an everyday smoker. I use CBD doms to help with anxiety throughout the day and then whatever I’m in the mood for at night for fun.

I was just prescribed Zoloft. My doctor didn’t specify whether or not I can keep smoking (I asked but she didn’t really answer) and I want to know if it will affect my medication. Can I continue smoking? I would rather not take the medicine (I am still on the fence about prescription medication and unsure if I want to make that adjustment) if it is going to affect anything.
