cycle irregularity after miscarriage?

hey ladies,

i had a miscarriage at 6 weeks on April 10.

i bled for 8 days.

my period returned on May 13. I bled for 5 days.

my period was due June 12, it is now June 17 & i haven’t started.

i took a pregnancy test 3 days ago & it was negative.

is it normal to have a wonky cycle / skip periods after miscarrying? i’ve never missed a period in my life (except when i was pregnant).

i am having panic attacks over all of this. i just want my body to go back to normal. & i’m terrified of being pregnant again. i can’t go through another loss. it has broken me.
