Is there an erotic aspect to pregnancy?

Okay obviously i know you have to have sex to become pregnant and that can be erotic, but some people find pregnancy attractive for some reason and have pregnancy/breeding fetishes. I always thought they were weird and i still kind of do, for example with my first boyfriend I think he had a pregnancy kink because he always said he wanted to put a baby in me and would say that during sex, and got turned on by pregnant women, which made me feel uneasy but that’s in the past.

Do you think there’s an erotic aspect to pregnancy or should it not be sexualized whatsoever?
