Trigger warning ⚠️ 9 week fetus💔

So I lost my baby at 9 weeks. It was a missed miscarriage. My ob barley told me anything, but tried pushing me to get a d & c which I didn’t want. I ended up using cytotec. I was wondering if my baby looks like he/she had a genetic problem? (What my ob said was the reasoning for the heartbeat to stop) I know I can’t tell for sure but I can’t stop thinking about it or if maybe the ultrasound technician just couldn’t see the heartbeat😔 also when can we start trying for our rainbow baby? I’m currently trying to find another OB in my area.
