Is my son already developed in the womb?

Im 25 weeks pregnant and not that i mean fullly developed but like his face looks like a newborn now and not a fetus right? like u can see his facial features now and if he has dimples???? Sorry if this is a stupid question but its my first time being pregnant so i dont know. I havent had a 3d or 4d ultrasound yet.. just regular ultrasounds but i only can see his body figure in black and white . IM JUST SO ANXIOUS TO SEE WHO HE LOOKS LIKE ALREADY
