Painful O’s

For the last few months, I have been getting a dull ache to the right of my belly button whenever I’m about to orgasm. I’ve been referred for an ultrasound so don’t worry I am doing something about it, but whilst I wait, I have some horrible outcomes in my mind.

For background, I have two kids, both born naturally, the only surgery I’ve had was an appendectomy when I was 14 (so it’s not that) and luckily I’ve never had any irregular smears, the last one was about two years ago.

Has anyone experienced this before? Am
