TMI HELP PLEASE VERY WORRIED (NO PICTURES)

So when I check my cm myself it us VERY thick and creamy but for the past couple days I've noticed and increase of this watery type discharge soaking my underwear. When I wipe my discharge is still creamy but my underwear or getting soaked like I'm peeing in them and it has a foul door. I'm constantly having to change underwear. Any suggestions? Also I was just at my OB a couple weeks ago for annual exam and everything was fine. I don't know what's wrong with me....
