TMJ and ear fullness
I have TMJ and bc of it I’ve been getting the sensation of fullness in my right ear when I swallow/drink. I just got my ears checked by my doctor yesterday and she said my right ear was perfectly clear, but my left ear had some wax build up. I guess I justShe told me the fullness sensation is most likely due to my TMJ. I don’t grind my teeth at night or at all but I might be slightly clenching my jaw from time to time without realizing it. I also have an overbite. My braces were supposedly supposed to help with that when I had them but they didn’t. I don’t want to get a night guard unless absolutely necessary bc knowing me It’ll be too uncomfortable for me to use it, as I have a naturally small mouth, not helping the situation either. Does anyone know any way to get rid of the fullness in my ear? Are there any jaw excersizes/massages I can do to help? If anyone knows please help! The more help the better. Thank you!!
