31 weeks period like cramping

I'm 31 weeks and having really bad period like cramping since this morning and its not going away. I don't have any discharge and the baby is moving fine. Should I go to the triage?

Update: I went to the triage, I was having contractions 5 mins apart but my cervix wasn't dilated. They said I have irritable uterus. I was reading online and many people's experience is that they go into labour early, so I'm a bit nervous since I'm just 31 weeks. Anyways they did a test to see if I would go into labour in next 2 weeks but it was negative, so they said its highly unlikely that I would go into labour in the next two weeks.
