What kind of rash is this on my babe?

Any idea what this is? My pediatrician sad it was a heat rash over a week ago but it’s still there. Any idea if it’s something else? I’ll call my clinic on Monday, but I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this. I’m breast feeding.

It could be baby acne aka neonatal acne. I’m a 7 weeks mom and my baby boy had it after 5 days being born. 
He had it all of his body and face. For the past 3 weeks.  
My doctor recommended me to change the baby Johnson body wash/shampoo for other baby products that contain milk such as baby avenoo and cerave baby lotion.  
Now my baby looks great and all the acne is almost gone!!!!

Maybe eczema or contact dermatitis. My son got this due to a change in formula when he was few months old.
