what does it mean when you bleed during sex but your not on your period?

It can also happen when you have rough, fast, or even frequent sex. It causes a lot of friction and irritation up in there and it can thin the tissue and burst some itty bit capillaries and blood vessels and whatnot and make you bleed. I say take it easy for a week or so and just keep in mind that if it doesn't feel right, don't do it, because when your body sends those messages it's for a reason. Hope this helps!
