Well today was a goodbye to our baby at 11weeks pregnant...

Well today I woke up at 5am with some bleeding n really bad cramping like contractions. Woke back up at 8am n went to use the restroom n had a big blood clot which it was my poor baby😭. This is my 3rd miscarriage n I don't understand y this keeps happening to me. I thought hey I got past 6 weeks with no problems. Hey went into hospital at u weeks baby had a heartbeat everything was fine. Then i was having brown bleeding at 11 weeks so went into the er n they told me our baby had no heartbeat n measuring at the exact week n day I was which I was 11 weeks n 3 days. So baby jus had to be gone that day. Well I'm having pains like contractions n my cervix ladies hurts when I have any cramping/ contractions. Is this normal or should I go to er to make sure everything is gone?? Had other miscarriages n never felt like this before..
