Calf cramps
Is anyone else a) having trouble sleeping or b) getting horrid cramps in your calf while sleeping?!?
This is the 2nd night in a row that I have woken up out of sleep once i have fallen back asleep to some serious cramps. I flexed my feet and walked around for 20 minutes at like 4 am and they were gone but it really hurt to the point I screamed and woke my husband up😬
