Sinking nose piercing

I got my nose piercing a week ago and every day I look at it, it looks like it’s sinking in my nose. I need help I don’t know what to do, the person who did the pierced in my nose, told me to put alcohol on it and twist it around every day. That is what I have been doing but it seems like it’s not working and when I search it up on YouTube it says do not put alcohol on it or touch it, I’m scared I need help.
