Early miscarriage

So today took a turn for the worst. Just two days ago I found out I was expecting my second little love bug (have my beautiful 18 month old). I am suppose to be 5 weeks. About 5 hours ago I started bleeding at first brown discharge and then got more like a lite period I thought it was implantation bleeding. I got really worried so decided to go to the er. I have blood test, urine test, and ultrasound. Dr said he couldn’t see anything on the ultrasound, hcg level was 15 and urine was positive. He believes I could be having a miscarriage or I’m a lot earlier than expected. So he then wanted to check my cervix to check if it was open which meant miscarriage. But he then said he couldn’t tell bc my 1st baby was a csection. He wants me to come back in 2 days to check my level hoping they doubled but he’s leaning towards miscarriage. I want to not give up on this baby. Today has been one of the hardest days of my life. This morning I had huge clots and I’ve been bleeding since like a heavy period. So it seem i is definitely a miscarriage. I feel devastated.
