Breast tenderness on pill

Hey guys I’ve been on birth control for abt 2 years now. Idk if this is weird but some months I don’t experience ANY pain/discomfort during my monthly cycle but other months like now my boobs hurt sooooo bad and feel like falling off. (My periods in a week btw). Just them against my shirt is uncomfortable. I just wanted to see if this happened to others on the pill too and wht this means.
