PLEASE HELP

Gonna give a quick overview.

D&C 5/28

Bled 5/28-6/4

Had another bleed last week from 6/14-6/16.

First negative hpt 6/16.

Went to ER 6/17 for fever & had an US & some fluids- while in the ER my HCG was 37.

Today 6/22 i took hpt’s because I’m not feeling super hot and I had faint lines on my strips, +++ on FRER & clearblue digital.

I went up to the lab to run an HCG today bc of + tests and my blood HCG is 23. Is it possible it dropped after having an IV and maybe I JUST implanted and it’s just beginning to rise? I’m just so confused why I have super positive test and digital if my blood is only a 23. Please give me opinions??? Pics of my tests for reference
