Please advise

I know I should talk to a doctor and plan on doing so but I want to cover my bases and see if anyone has experience with this.

I’m in my 20’s and pretty sexually experienced and this is kind of new it started a few months ago and only happened every once and a while but seems to be happening a lot more now. I’ve been bleeding after sex just a bit and recently it’s escalated to happening after external self pleasure so I don’t know that it’s penetration that’s causing it. I’ve been tested very recently so I don’t think it’s STD either. It’s not light pink like I’ve seen in most of the related posts I’ve read today just regular period like blood sometimes a bit brown. I though this was normal and nothing to worry about until the frequency and escalation to external sp happened and now I’m a bit worried I’m broken...? My boyfriend is uncomfortable because he thinks he’s hurting me but there’s no pain. Any thoughts?
