Early Symptoms ?

I have been experiencing pains in my breasts and nipples, sometimes itchy breasts and nipples, frequent bowel movements (diarrhea almost each time), fatigue, slight on and off cramping, increased (almost constant hunger), and a couple more things. Is this anything like anyone else has experienced ? I'm two days later and got a negative, but I know it's still early. Just wanting to know experience of others. Any feedback will help.
