Should I disregard CD 12s temp? I tossed and turned for a few hours before taking my temp, I probably got half hours sleep before it

No I wouldn't yet. See what your temp does over the next few days. If FF still confirms ovulation on a date you agree with I'd just leave it in. If you think it changes your O date add 'sleep deprived' as one of the specifics and see if it makes a difference. I'd leave it for now.

I believe you need either 3 or 5 hours sleep before temping but don’t worry about it, just keep tracking x
