TTC after a chemical pregnancy!

I had a chemical pregnancy last month, started bleeding right where my period should have been. I’ve always been like clockwork and ovulated the same time as normal this month, had sex every other day during fertile window and have cramped every single day since!! Don’t want to get my hopes up but also scared to get pregnant again! It was only our first month TTC last month so to get pregnant then a few days later not be pregnant it kind of messed with my head! I just held on to the fact that we got pregnant!!! Does anyone have any TTC success stories after a chemical? And has anyone actually experienced cramping and lower back ache at 4 DPO? Been happening since 1 DPO!
