need help, please :)
i have been super active the past couple of weeks- going about 6-7 miles a day, with a mix of running and walking. although i’ve been exercising more- my appetite has gone down significantly, where i eat at most 500 calories a day. anyways, i’m late by 6 days- is it because of my exercise or eating? please help me :)
