3rd Miscarriage in 12 months

I am currently bleeding with my third miscarriage (all separate reasons) and headed into my OB but I can’t stop crying. I feel so defeated. Our first miscarriage was a complete molar pregnancy, second was chromosomal abnormalities-monosomy and this one we don’t know yet. My HCG levels only made it to 12 then went down to 6 this time around. Can I rule out ectopic pregnancy with my HCG levels being at 6 as of yesterday? I’m so scared! Anyone have something similar happen?
