Clumsy?

I’ve always been kind of clumsy but I feel like it’s worse since I got pregnant. I literally notice my hand opening to drop things and it’s completely unconscious decision to open my hand. That kind of weird thing. Is this a pregnancy issue or maybe worse?

Oh it’s the worst 🙄 I destroyed my phone’s screen TWICE during this pregnancy. It’s just the worst 🤦🏻‍♀️

Your equilibrium and everything gets kinda out of wack in pregnancy. 🙂 totally normal. Your center of balance is shifting with your growing belly so it’s normal. I talked to my OB about it during my first pregnancy and he chuckled at me and kindly explained it was more common than I knew!
