No symptoms !

Hey there ladies ! I took a at home pregnancy test 6/10/20 & it was positive. I went to the doctor a week later and confirmed my pregnancy and based off my last period I was 5 weeks pregnant. . Now I’m 6 weeks according to my app but I haven’t been experiencing any sickness yet or anything indicating that I’m pregnant beside a little nipple pain here and there and some urinating more than usual. Although this is my first baby, this is not my first pregnancy & I’ve experienced severe morning sickness , the whole nine yards during those pregnancies. I’m worried that because of D&C’s I’ve had in the past that something maybe wrong with my baby or I might have a miscarriage! I don’t go back to the doctor to check on my baby until another 4 weeks. I’m a very worried. Please help or send advice ! Thanks !
