Late ovulation Orr?

Hey eve says I’m 4 days late for my period and I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago and it was negative, I have sex protected (with a condom) and so I don’t understand why I’m late some people are telling me late ovulation, rn I have discharge and slight cramps. My last period was May 20th and eve said I was supposed to ovulate May 30 to June 5. Idont know if I’m stressed but I do remember being frustrated cause my financial aid wasn’t working for school . How would Ik if I’m ovulating now? And also it’s almost the end of this month so if I don’t get it I’ll missed this whole period
