Pros of menstrual cups

I have used a menstrual cup for a few years now, and it's the best change I ever made. I have seen so many positives with a menstrual cup but one of the biggest positives is the fact of how much it can hold. I have a very heavy flow, on an averge night I would have to get up to change my tampon twice, but even if I bleed enough to fill my cup twice, I still dont leak, I can sleep through the whole night comfortably and don't have to worry. Not only that but its environmentally friendly, which I love.
