Tmi pic cervix check now bleeding

Does this look concerning after cervix check been having contractions all day and they slowed down so got sent home but before I made it out of hospital I had bled through my shorts and now im hurting again and have had this a few times

Edit: as of now I'm still contracting some but the bleeding has stopped other than some mucus when I wipe, when I bled through my shorts at the hospital i went back to l&d and they just gave me a pad to put on and said it was probably from the check even though it was enough to go through my shorts

EDIT again ive still been having on and off contractions all day but not bad enough to go back to l&d it's been about 30hrs since I was released from l&d and I'm still having bloody discharge. Pic added in comments
