When am i ovulating?

Hello everyone. Okay so i have a regular cycle everytime i get my period its in between like 28 or 29 days. BUT i was actuslly late by 34 days.. can someone please help me on how i can know when im ovulating? 
Freaks me out because i have the flo and glow app. And they have differrent predictions... help ):

Best thing you can do is read Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler and learn the Fertility Awareness Method (FAM).
Here’s an example of my own charts using this method which shows when I ovulated. Even though my cycles are irregular due to PCOS, I know exactly when to expect my period or when I’m truly late and should take a test.

FAM uses cervical fluid tracking to identify your fertile days as they’re approaching and BBT to confirm that ovulation was successful after it’s over.
My ovulation day in the above chart was cd28. I know that for a fact because that was the last day I had my most fertile cervical fluid before my temp rise. I also tracked my cervix position and my vaginal sensation as additional methods of identifying fertile days. Cd28 was also my last day of a high, soft, and open cervix and my last day of a lubricative vaginal sensation. 
My temperature rose and stayed high for more than 3 days after, so that confirmed that ovulation did in fact happen.

This one’s a little more ambiguous on my exact date of ovulation. My peak day was CD16 or CD17 based on my usual symptoms, including cervical fluid, position, and vaginal sensation, along with my usual ovulation cramping. BBT didn’t rise until a few days later, but studies show that it can take BBT can take up to 2-4 days after ovulation to rise.
