White boggery eye

Hey mommas I’m a ftm ( first time mom ) my baby is 1 month old . has any of y’all newborns , kids experienced this before ? I’ve cleaned her eyes with a warm cotton ball and maybe 2-3 min later more will come out and I’ve tried putting breast milk and it goes away for a day and comes back I’ve had mentioned it to her doctor a while back when she was smaller and she told me it was normal any recommendation , or any stories that y’all can share w me need help
