Are these Braxton Hicks?

What do Braxton Hicks feel like and where are they on your stomach? I’ve been having Tightness and an uncomfortable feeling at the TOP of my stomach for the past few hours. Just wondering what others Braxton Hicks feel like?

Mine typically happen in the evening, I feel it from one side all the way around to the other side. It feels like everything is tight, like if you pull a muscle and it’s tight/sore the next day.

My BH started off just like part of my uterus tightening, like mostly the lower half. I’m 31 weeks now and just recently it’s my whole uterus now. Mine don’t last long, over the course of the few seconds just tightening them releases. Sometimes it takes my breath away for a second and can be uncomfortable but not really “painful”.

I just experienced this being in the hospital & the doctor told me yes they are Braxton-Hicks not to worry unless they start to happen more frequently in between
