Acupuncture?

Has anyone done or is doing acupuncture to deal with pregnancy symptom or prepare body for delivery? 
I am curious to know if anyone had a good or bad experience...

I am 32 weeks and have been getting acupuncture for sciatic pain in my back, butt and leg. I find it very helpful for pain and inflammation. It was recommended by my doctor.
