Drinking and TTC

Okay please don’t judge. Me and my boyfriend decided we wanted to start TTC this past month. Me and the girls went out and got pretty drunk last Tuesday and I realize that, that probably wasn’t the best decision since I’m TTC now but I figured ehh I don’t think I could be pregnant so fast. Well I took a test yesterday and there was a vvvvvfl. I’m gonna test again tomorrow morning with FMU but I just wanted to know if y’all think me drinking the other night can harm the baby in any way?? Please help
