Spotting nexplanon?? Usually normal cycle

Question

So I normally have a cycle every 28 days.. I had the nexplanon inserted on 3rd Feb 2020 I missed Feb period but ever since I've had a roughly normal period but now I'm 16 days late and just getting brown spotting is this normal.. I have taken 5 pregnancy tests all negative 2 about 9 days being late and another 3 yesterday so I know I'm not pregnant but why has it just suddenly stopped

That’s completely normal with Nexplanon. Progestin only methods are most known for causing irregular bleeding/spotting patterns. That can include longer time frames with or without bleeding (including no bleeding at all), random bleeding, or frequent bleeding, at any given time.
