Ok so every time me and my boyfriend have sex I literally orgasm within 30 seconds - 1 minute. I can have multiple orgasms but the problem is I feel exhausted after my orgasm because it is so strong I'm fine having a few orgasms I can usually have about 2-3 before feeling like I'm going to pass out.
