A ton of lube and go soooo slow. Don't try to rush! Trust me - I got impatient and rushed a little and when that thing came back out it was the worst pain I ever felt in my life. Use lots of lube (I wouldn't advise water based lube.) relax your muscles because if you tighten them it could hurt. It's a weird feeling and tell him he needs to go as slow and gentle at first and then it just depends on how it feels to you. Also it helps if you do an enama before hand.
