Is it offensive to refer to people as “blacks” or “whites.”
I’m not sure why but I cringe every time I hear or see someone say “the blacks” or “the whites.” Maybe I’m overreacting but I would rather people say “black people” or “white people.” Just seems dehumanizing to me? Does anyone else agree?
