6 week old is formula fed does this seem like an allergy?

Green runny poop. It used to be mucousy

This rash on her face also started

And her ears are crusty bumpy and rough feeling 
She cries and seems uncomfortable a lot of the time as well
Should I schedule an appointment with the pediatrician?

My baby had a very very similar looking rash. He also had bumpy, dry and scaly/peeling ears and the rash was all over both cheeks, neck, back of his ears, chest, belly and arms. This balm has helped soooooooo so much it’s almost completely gone after a week of use
